與人交往，應該要互相幫助，彼此在學習上增上，但也必須要注意不要只是追求世間的親密，這不但無法對修行帶來任何幫助，也會因為有貪欲的雜染，導致彼此的損害，這就是凡夫之間彼此的糾纏，這點所有人都該小心。《入行論》說到:「是故近親友，徒然自招損。彼既無益我，吾亦未利彼。猶如蜂採蜜，為法化緣已，如昔未謀面，淡然而處之。」因此，保持彼此尊敬的方式，清楚了解自己在這短短幾十年當中的目的，就像蜂專心採蜜一般，在該做的事情上好好努力。
