我們對朋友所產生的親密情感，通常是一種執著，而非慈悲。真正的慈悲是毫無偏見的。如果我們只對自己的朋友親切，而對敵人或無數不認識的人充滿冷漠，那麼，我們的慈悲只能算是部分或偏頗的。
